The Film/Documentary focuses on the main issues facing youth in agricultural work, the challenges and the means of reinforcing the role of youth in this field, in addition to presenting the youth cooperative experience as an alternative model in the Palestinian economy. The film tackles youth’s perception towards working in agriculture, to ask a set a questions in this context, in an attempt to reflect the film’s main topic, such as: Why is the percentage of youth working in agriculture declining? What obstacles are they facing in this field of work? What are the Palestinian’s youth perceptions towards working in agriculture? And finally, what mechanisms will contribute to encouraging youth to nurture the land and cultivate it. The film consists of a set of interviews with several stakeholders in the field, and presents footage of young farmers working in the land to shed light on their day to day lives in this sector; interviews were also conducted with members of a youth cooperative which aims at reinforcing itself a model of an economic alternative.
