The RLS Regional Office Palestine offers internships to students interested in Palestine, Jordan and Middle East politics and in the activities of the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS). Internships at RLS Regional Office Palestine invite students to learn about the various fields of activities of a leftist political foundation, to gain practical experience in an interesting working environment and to implement her/his own small (research-) project (optional). The duration of an internship should be three months. To apply for an internship at RLS please consider the following requirements:
  • B.A.
  • Interest in approaches and projects of RLS Regional Office Palestine
  • Interest in socio-political issues
  • Commitment to RLS political and social ideals
  • Knowledge of political context of Palestine / Jordan
  • Fluency in German and English, Arabic is an asset
  • Pro-active and self-organized working style, team spirit

RLS Regional Office Palestine cannot provide payment and accommodation to the intern, but will assist in searching for a room / an apartment. The intern is responsible for covering the flight tickets, necessary insurances and all other expenses. The sole responsibility for the internship (including travelling) is with the intern.
