On 30 of March of every year, Palestinian citizens of Israel and Palestinians in occupied West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem commemorate Land Day, which this year marks 49 years anniversary, when Israel in 1976 on March 30, killed 6 Palestinian citizens of Israel during marches and a general strike opposing the seizure of over 6,000 dunams of Palestinian-owned land in the Galilee region inside of Israel.
