CALL FOR TENDER – Renovation and Fit-Out of the New Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Office (RLS) in Ramallah
Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Regional Office Palestine & Jordan hereby invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the renovation and fit-out of its new office in Ramallah.
The tender includes renovation and interior fit-out works, including demolition, gypsum board partitions, doors, tiling, kitchen works, painting, electrical and plumbing works, ceilings, lighting, and other related works, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
Interested contractors and companies with proven experience in renovation and office fit-out works are invited to participate in the tender under the following conditions:
- The contractor/company must be legally registered and duly licensed to carry out contracting works and be able to issue valid tax invoices and providing a valid deduction-at-source certificate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The bidder must have the technical and financial capacity and relevant experience in carrying out similar projects and shall provide evidence of such experience.
- The successful contractor shall complete the works within 60 calendar days from the date of site handover or issuance of the Notice to Proceed, in accordance with the approved work schedule.
- The bid offer shall be submitted in ILS.
- The bid offer shall be including VAT.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting: Interested contractors may request a site visit and/or pre-bid meeting by coordinating in advance with RLS. Requests should be submitted during official working hours through the designated RLS contact.
