Call for offers: Stress Management for RLS Palestine & Jordan

The RLS Regional Office Palestine & Jordan is looking for a supervisor to improve RLS multi-cultural teamwork and dealing with their challenges.

The following should be covered in the coaching period:

  • Monthly meeting in person
  • 2 days’ workshop
  • Eventually individual meetings

The successful applicant will be contracted starting March / April – December 2025.

Applicant requirements

  • Experience in facilitating reflective processes and spaces, striving for learning, and creating safe environments for maximizing insightful and visionary initiatives.
  • Exploration in identifying problems and initial assessment, to evaluate team conditions, and the specific needs.
  • Coaching individuals and organizations to fulfil their personal and professional potential, while accompanying them in an inspiring participatory process, highlighting their own values, principles, visions, and aspiration, and increasing their awareness of opportunities and threats within their context, alongside learning from the accumulated experience they gained thus far.
  • Commitment to empower individuals and the team. In addition, if necessary, to train and teach the RLS- Palestine team to adopt new skills and practice new coping mechanisms.
  • High level of facilitation and coaching skills and capacities and ability to lead complex and sensitive settings.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to motivate individuals and teams.
  • Speaking Arabic and English fluently
